Information we process
Tomato Anime does not require an account. Typical server logs may include IP address, browser type, requested URL, and time of the request. Search queries you submit are used to look up titles and are not published as public profile pages.
Contact form
If you send a message, we receive the name, email address, and message you enter so we can reply. Do not send passwords or payment details through that form.
Cookies and local data
Tomato Anime does not set advertising cookies. The site may store short-lived server-side cache files for performance and basic rate limiting. Third-party players such as YouTube can set their own cookies if you play a trailer.
Third-party services
Anime metadata and images are requested from TMDB. Trailers are embedded from YouTube when TMDB provides an official video key. Those services have their own privacy policies.
Retention
Server logs and cached API responses are kept only as long as they are useful for operating the site, then overwritten or deleted through normal cache expiry.
